By responding and submitting to Oxford College on this request I grant permission for Oxford College to use photographs, films, articles, and other media provided by me. The permission allows Oxford College to retain the media produced of me in any form, including digital, for the purposes of identification during my schooling, to acknowledge my successes as a student, to acknowledge my service to the College and the community and to acknowledge my success in gaining employment. I understand that my photograph may be used as part of a display at the campus. I hereby release the persons, companies and the College to take or use pictures of me, their employees, their agents and representatives from any and all liability arising by reason of pictures in such manner as the releases shall deem proper.
